I’ve seen the profile too and in one of her pictures she is wearing what looks like tight fitting surgical pant/body stocking. I am guessing that’s because of surgery if she has had excess skin removed.

There was some actress on telly a while back who had gone through a process of losing a LOT of poundage and having to have all the loose skin removed. Her body was like a patchwork quilt and not very appealing to the eye I have to say.
