You misunderstood me.

It seems to me from what you’ve said, that you took issue with her because she didn’t allow touching.  Which she doesn’t advertise, there’s always a bit of WSWS on a massage appointment and asking first would have set expectations.

So you deliberately gave her a facial, which again, she doesn’t offer and you didn’t think to ask.
And that upset her so you laughed at “the bitch”, which pissed her off more no doubt.
