Having recently been to Belgrade, I suggest seeking as the best source I could find. I hadn't used Seeking before but I think the setup might be a little different in Belgrade. Contacting women was easy enough, and there are a lot keen to meet. The 2 meets I did have however were a little unexpected, in that they were pretty much dates, albeit with guaranteed action at the end. I had assumed it was all just a cover for the normal provider experience, but it really was basically dating.

Anyway, if you find yourself in Belgrade I suggest this as the most reliable method.

My experiences:

Seeking- too expensive really, girls quoting euro400 for hr/2hr meets, plus at least one chancer trying to charge high for platonic meet. But only place for Serbian local girls though as was very tempted by one but in end felt that the price was too high. They're all transactional about it too -  In UK seeking can be more of a dating site, and I've had a couple of freebies with fit girls in their early 20s from it (although date drinks and food etc cost was at least £100 each time) when you put time into building a connection, but in Serbia it seems just like a site for high end escorts and no one is interested in anything less transactional.

Agencies - some didn't reply. One called Cat Agency did and had fairly accurate photos and videos of their girls, one Belorussian girl was really good service, another Ukrainian girl was awful. Pricing was a little high compared with london, at 200eur/hour incall or 150 for 30 mins.

There are a variety of quotes, but average I have paid is 200EUR for the evening (most I have paid is 300EUR). They are typically pretty easy arrangements as well; you meet in a bar for a couple of drinks then back to the pad for the rest of the evening.

It's a few years since I was there but it was fairly easy to pick up civies and after a few drinks or a meal take them back to my hotel for the night. Things may have changed a bit, it is not a country where most people are on a decent wage but there are some lovely ladies looking for a western european BF.
