I messaged her last week and she said she's based in Fulwood near the college so I'm pretty sure this is actually ExoticIsabela ( External Link/Members Only or External Link/Members Only) who I've seen before some years ago. I did ask her that question but she didn't reply back.

If it's not Isabella then I'll try and get in there but if it is then been there, done that.

If you look at her service provider entry linked below your post you will see that her previous profile alternated between Seductive Sandy and Exotic Isabella, so I feel you are probably correct.

My encounter with her (some time before I joined UKP) would have been rated as a neutral.

Funnily enough, I saw that new profile pop up and I thought I remembered a previous incarnation of ExoticIsabela, whom I saw a few years ago at a hotel near M6 junction for Preston central.  She was physically attractive, Mediterranean looking, but everything was very much on her terms and the service wasn't anything special at all.  It was a few years ago, so my memory may be a little clouded, but I do recall a lot of her likes were not available at the meet.

Reading through the historic UKP review threads for ExoticIsabela would suggest you're pretty much on the case there.
