Everyone reviews their own experience, but that would have been a big positive for me as apart from the age, everything else including the service and vfm seems perfect.
Then again, a SP who's 30 yrs younger than I am is a big positive.

Agree, this is a positive all day long and a good one too HOWEVER the OP's opinion is sovereign. This is why the contents of a review are important and why it's worth checking them all particularly the neutrals when you might think 'nothing to see here'. So I appreciate he's put plenty of detail in.
There's not much an SP can do about her age and physical looks. So I am more concerned about attitude, competence, grooming/appearance, extras offered, how well delivered, time keeping and general friendliness though clearly I'd try and avoid those with a donut fixation.
