Highly unlikely it is legit as the person posting the ad has been active for over one year and the number resolves to several ads in Chinese advertising for staff (massage technicians?) at various locations in the UK.

I popped in yesterday so review to follow. There's 2 ads. 1 on gumtree and this one from vivastreet. Same house different ladies. Gumtree is just massage vivastreet is full service.

The Gumtree number is 07309994520 (different to the Vivastreet ad mentioned).
