So I pulled the muscles in my back and really found it difficult to walk and move around.
And golfing was impossible….
I looked on here for some guidance as always but the ones who stood out couldn’t fit me in.
Tried Cara - no joy. Anna. No joy
So was intrigued by Alexander from Newport but there was no way I could drive that far but will do soon. She looks faf.
Kristy I found on Gum tree and thought I’d try. Comms were easy. Text. With clear instructions that it was non sensual and deep physical therapy.
Was hoping for a bit of both. But at my age and condition, my need to be pain free was greater than anything else.
Arranged a meeting. Met with Kristy who is very welcoming and clearly a clinician and no extras.
All though saying that - would not really want extras she is a powerful woman. Not fat but muscular lady I’d say mid 40’s. And really worked had all session.
About the therapy session- I have got to say this is by far the deepest and most effective Thai physical massage I’ve had. Not for the wincers. Let me tell you she works each and every joint and muscle deep and to the extreme.
She told me at the start it was going to hurt - if I want to be fixed don’t be a baby. If you a baby leave now. Wow!! I thought it can’t be that bad. So told strip naked and get on bed. Kirsty than draped a light blanket and got to work. Holly cow did she get to work. I have a high pain threshold, luckily as this is no small lady and she pulled the living hell out of me.
EVEN IF ‘HE’ WAS ON OFFER - I would have been in no state to receive it.
So the big question-was it worth it.
Hell yes, apart from soreness from the deep massage I got up off the bed and stood straight.
The next day all the aches had gone and it was as if I had not even slipped. No pain
Locally the best massage for relaxing and medium pain relief has always been Lemon Grass Noot (no extras ever) have seen Noot a couple of times over the years and it is just so relaxing. Although for a while was hoping for more as she is a cute small Thai but again massage only.
And Cara for therapy and extra. But now I’d stick with Kristy for any physical therapy works needed.
Note: she did mention she was hoping to return to Thailand in Feb for a month or so if able to.
