I've thought about trying to book, but something tells me not to bother (still undecided though) Lack of FK may be a factor but that's been mentioned previously, and just light kissing.

It's not the worst neutral I've ever seen, and get where you are coming from with regards to it not quite doing it for you.
Reading it, it could have easily been a POS but it's your review and how you felt it should be rated. I'm mulling over the same thing with a SP I've seen recently.

Yeah I read it over a few times before settling on a rating, and I stuck with what I initially felt after leaving the premises, just feeling underwhelmed.

However, she has had 7 positive reviews and no negatives so it could may well just have been me that day, so take that into consideration
