The ones I got shown were IG private groups where they scout women in a similar line to that post and women in the groups if they fit the criteria can apply. Some private agents have more "clout" than others and have contacts to extremely high paying clients. The context is genuine, as for the agents putting that out there for that specific post, I don't know. They are not asking punters for girls I reckon, it's more girls that have access to the message or group to potentially apply. Could be a whatsapp group or telegram group maybe. These request do occur though. I would have never known if my friend did not show me, so it is deffo genuine.

I worked in China for quite a while; rich Chinese guys go to upmarket KTV a kind of karaoke, to discuss business. Girls in skimpy clothes sing, dance, drink with the guys. They can have a private room, for the guys to discuss business deals, surrounded by the girls, maybe play mahjong a bit of flirting and that's it.  Basically the only thing the girls massage is ego.  I saw Chinese colleagues easily drop £3 grand in an evening (drinks are a fortune!).  Some of the girls are happy to make arrangements to meet out of hours for extras.  Some of the girls are smart enough to trade shares based on what they hear in the KTV.  That's why many Chinese guys are just happy to pay for time, no sex!
