Saw this one pop up the other day, bit expensive but Santa gave me some money for Christmas so thought I'd have a go.

£100 for 30 mins, discussed and was told CIM was included if thats your thing.

Area felt safe enough and comms were straightforward, plenty of free on street parking.

Nice enough house, she answered the door and had the keys to lock the door/open it when I was leaving, didn't get the sense she was coerced at all.

Yes I’ve spoke to her a few times her phone isn’t switched on much I’m guessing she’s studying/ working during the day and doing this at night when she has the time
