The worst service I had ever, whole time she was on the phone, she pretending the massage using one hand, I paid for 1 hour but I left after 40min. She only concentrate haw much she can take for extra service, when she offers extras I refuse so she stopped doing the massage. She looking only for money .

I red your review it sounds exactly the same, she offered HR for 40 I thought I'm not idiots and I  said thanks and that was end of massage.

Must be the boss then, I would've uped and left well before 40 minutes if she was on her phone the whole time

I had a similar  experience a few months ago and I have not been back since. Constantly pushing for additional  services and more money. It was Lilly, the manager.  Answered the phone  during the  massage and arranged a 30 minutes massage after me with a  guy called  "John". I had initially intended to have HR  but lost all inclination  and she became  very  cool . I left with having the worst punt experience  ever.
