I haven't been to serenity in about 5 months, so I thought I'd pay them a visit. In hindsight I wish I hadn't bothered.
Upon entering the shop there was an older lady behind the reception area and a younger blond girl sitting in front of the reception area. I paid nan the £40 and she led me to a room and told me to get undressed.
The massage : nan returned and proceeded to give me THE ABSOLUTE, WORSE MASSAGE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. nan flitted about from one area of my body to another with absolutely no structure to the massage, whatsoever.she just put oil on me and moved from one body part to another,while rubbing her hands on me. I asked her if she could go harder but she just kept on with the same lacklustre performance.
I don't think she has had any formal training, whatsoever. I was bored out of my skull. She didn't even ask me to turn over. When she said, RIGHT, I'M DONE NOW. UNLESS YOU WANT ANYTHING ELSE.. no thanks, I said. I looked at the clock. The massage(IF YOU CAN CALL IT A MASSAGE), LASTED ABOUT 45 minutes. I didn't mention this as I was just glad to get out of there.
Summary : nan herself is nice enough, quite chatty and friendly. But her massage skills leave a lot to be desired. Save your money guys, don't bother. Absolute waste of £40!

Would I return : yes. When hell freezes over!,I will never return. Totally different place to the one I visited 5 months ago.
