I have no problem contacting her from EE,Vodaphone, O2, and various MVNO sims

If you've bombarded her with calls or texts she may have blocked you. Your phone provider may have a  block I assume you've tried calling/txting various other numbers within your control

Have you tried emailing?

maybe these communication problems are reflected by your low number of reports

Tbh, I thought that. No I've messaged her 4 times over 5 months or so. Only ever received a reply once when i first contacted her in May/June, we arranged a time but she then cancelled an hour later saying she was busy and wouldn't make it back in time. I then didn't try again til September and I've tried 3 times with both text messages and calls but got no answer so moved on.
