Haven't been to Paris for a year but all the chinese massage shops will indeed get you at least a HJ. Often you can get them topless. Full sex is sometimes available but usually with the less attractive ladies. Chinese mamasan with big boobs are gonna be tricky to find. My advice is go to each shop to see at least the receptionist and hopefully you can find one you like. Then ask specifically for her to give the massage.
Avoid the shops around the arc de Triomphe (16th). I suggest going to the shops in the cheaper arrondissements (14-13 are where I got the best services. But usually skinny girls).
