Happened early summer.

Booked and confirmed appointment on the day via phone. Good phone manners and English.

At the time of the appointment, she made the excuse that the landlord was in and pushed back meeting for 30 mins. I agreed. Called her up after 30 mins and she requested to push back a further hour. I declined and went home.
