Spot on ... exactly that. Slight issue with Jenny would be that I already know her fairly well 

I have been in and spoken to Muang and as you suggested, cannot confirm the level of service prior to going in which obviously makes me nervous. Re level ... nothing too unreasonable, just so we both come out feeling equally happy with the experience
