I'm gonna buck the trend here fellas and give Naomi her first negative review

I had arranged to see her yesterday for 12 noon, I followed all  her rules for communication as stated on her profile and made contact with her on Wednesday with the anticipation that I was going to meet her yesterday. She said she was gonna text me at 9 to confirm I was still going to come and see her. I was eagerly waiting for her text, until it got to quarter past 9 I text her to find out if our meet is still going ahead and I even send her an email. It was only 2 hours later past 11 she texts me to say she woke up with a bad migraine and ask if we can reschedule and that she'll make it up to me.  Then I text her asking if she can reschedule for Thursday coz that's when I'll next be free. But she never replied back to me. It's annoying coz we arranged this three days prior, and I sympathise with her being ill, but the fact she couldn't send a simple text to reply back to me is disappointing, and is why I'm giving her a negative. As she expects her clients to communicate with her very well, but she cannot reciprocate the same on her end.

Hi again everyone...

Wow my first negative. 

I'd like to update the facts and say that I did in fact reply to the reviewer today to rearrange, once I had gotten over my migraine after a good long sleep.

It is true I did no show. And for that, to the reviewer, I am sorry!  However for the record, I was going to offer him extra time for free on our next booking, to make it up to him. Which I always do if I ever if I mess up. Which is rare but as is life!

Anyway...

Hey Naomi,

My only issue was the poor communication on your part. The fact that it took you a day to text me back to reschedule our meet seems quite inconsiderate given you explicitly state on your profile that you like your clients to communicate great with yourself, that 'Good communication goes a long way'. Also, if you were going to offer me extra time to make it up to me, how come you did not state this in your text to me? I understand that you were suffering from a migraine but you have got to see it from my perspective. I'm a working man who has limited free time on my hand, and  I was looking forward to having a good time with you but your communication was infrequent which frustrated me especially since we organised this meet 3 days beforehand and you gave me one hours notice to tell me you're cancelling, and that you didn't reply to me in a reasonable amount of time. Anyway, I wish you all the best.

The lack of communication on my behalf was only because my head hurt so bad I couldn't look at my phone. I'm not sure if you suffer from migraines at all but light hurts. I spent the day in bed with a cold flannel over my eyes. I text you when I was capable to, I couldn't have done any sooner. I didn't offer you the extra time there and then because as I say - my head was hurting from the phone... so I just said a quick version. I'm sorry for letting you down and I understand your frustration, unfortunately you just caught me on a bad day. All the best! X

I had booked her few months ago with about 5 days notice, she said she would confirm with me on the day, and she didn’t , I replied to her to confirm the booking because she didn’t texted me in the morning when our booking was in the evening, no response. I just ignored it and moved on, I could have left a negative review but I didn’t (:

If it was within the last 6 months, you can still leave a review. It may be helpful for other punters.

Thank you for the admission. You could’ve warned others.
So in her mind no confirmation probably meets booking is off.
Shit way to leave punters hanging like that.
What if a punter has to travel, or has planned an elaborate excuse to get out of the house/cover from work for the day.
Takes 10seconds to send a text “sorry I can’t do later, I will phone tomorrow when I feel better”

Must admit, I've had a few bookings where i walked after left hanging about 20-30 mins past app time.  Didn't review as I chose to leave and felt

a red card based just on dodgy comms and not sack action was a bit unfair and put other punters off a possibly blinding shag otherwise.

But based on the above..maybe a red card for bad comms and tardiness is harsh but justified.

Will review if links still exist.

How many times is “yours” messing punters about?
Link doesn’t have to still be working, especially if AW. Take from last review if reviewed before.

Having a good body and sucking like a Dyson is only part of being a decent SP.
I would rather be informed and decide to miss out and decide to book someone more reliable rather then have a wasted trip.

If no one reports this stuff then more punters will get messed about and everyone will think SP is reliable.
Probably one of the most useful reviews I’ve read for a while.

Yes, agreed.

In my experience, shit comms = shit punt. I'm not specifically mentioning Naomi here as I've not experienced bad comms from her, but as a general rule of thumb I think that's pretty accurate.

Ok, but if this was within 6 months, put a red card review up.

As others have already mentioned - SPs have no excuse for poor communications (esp those that have the temerity to harp on about the need for us punters to have good comms on their own AW profile !)

If you suffer from migraines, I suggest you write a detailed  text & have it saved in your phone, so the next time you have to cancel on a punter due to a "poorly head", you can copy the text &  send it the punter with more notice....

Just a thought ....
