Someone else on here mentioned that comms seem to be handled by someone other than the 3 girls, as texts are in good English, whereas the 3 girls knowledge of English is somewhat limited. That would seem to explain the double booking.

Sorry to hear of your double-booking and blocking.  Yes, comms do seem to be handled in excellent english by someone else.  There is no single  'Sisi' ; thats the problem.  I didn't ask any of their names; will do next time and pass it on here.
