I've had plenty. The time of day should be irrelevant?
I think you’re kidding yourself.
SPs are human, not robots. If you want a robot I suggest you don’t use SPs.
I’ve been punting for over a decade now and spent untold sums. I’ve seen all manner of different SPs and even when visiting an SP that I know provides excellent service, if I’ve seen them very late at night or early hours of the morning, there has often been a drop-off in performance and sometime attitude.
You can’t expect a SP who may have seen her/his/their first client possibly 12 hours or more earlier that day and expect the same levels of enthusiasm and energy after they’ve put in an extensive shift.
I’ll just say, I’m not white knighting here, but for a balanced view I’ve seen Mickaella 3 times, each time has been between 12pm-4pm and the service has been excellent. I wouldn’t expect that excellent service level to continue for over a period of 12-16 hours.
All of the above said, I think SPs should reflect on the level of service and attitude they are able to provide to paying customers if they are going to provide seemingly round the clock service. If service and attitude provided is of substandard expectation then it will be reviewed negatively and will surely affect business.
