I know others have reported that they have, but personally I've not noticed any above average police activity. I think that they may now be relying on the ANPR cameras to catch drivers repeatedly seen on the circuit.

They've been having these "crack downs" for as long as I can remember and they're basically just to placate the residents for a little while.
