They seem to be pulling a fast one.

Had a quick look to see who was working this week. The 'new' Jessica appears to be the old Brooke (who provided awful service as per my previous review - https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=323452.msg3370868#msg3370868)

This crowd is getting worse than AW which is a real pity as I was a regular for many years.
