Agree with all the above! Pre-covid I would have a FS booking every week and then some weeks a massage also. Since starting back I just can't find anyone new that gets me motivated enough to make the effort and pay the money, or maybe even travel a bit further  So far I've had just a few massages.

Yes, my local area was a desert before covid and now it's worse there doesn't seem to be any tourers at all. Used to travel out Mansfield way for a lot of my punts but most of the good WGs have disappeared, and I don't feel like I want to travel out of the way either atm.

I've been punting for twenty years.  The sweet spot for me was between about 2007 and 2015.  There have been some good punts since then but they seem to be fewer which I think is a little bit down to me but also down to the choice on offer a lot of the time.

Since lockdown ended I've had a few very average punts and a couple of not so great experiences but I have recently found one girl I enjoy seeing who I have visited a few times.  Another girl has returned who I had seen once a couple of years ago and who I didn't get a chance to revisit so I am hoping to do this soon. 

I'm not sure if it has ever really been that different.  I have always found return visits with a girl I like to be more rewarding than most of the new ones I try.  Once one favourite retires or leaves the country it takes a few visits to new girls to find one I like to revisit.  I think the problem now is they tend to move around a lot more.  Add to this the recent price rises coupled with less choice and it brought the down side to this more into focus.

I hate to be contrary, but I'm having a great time of it at the moment. I didn't punt for nearly 18 months, which has been really shitty - not like I was super-frustrated or anything, but I did miss it. Then a few weeks back I decided the risk/reward was about right, and it was time to get back to it. It's been like an explosion of shagging ever since, and it's so nice to get out there again.

I guess it helps that I like all kinds of different women, so I can cast the net a bit wider than many. Also, 15 minutes is a natural fit for me, which keeps the cost down nicely. Now it's about time I got around to writing some of these up as reviews.

The luck of new entrants (as you noticed) and the unavailability of already existing WGs have been caused by:
1- Brexit which has not only made it weird for girls from EU to plan their tours with flexibility and which has technically taken the right of work from them. In other words they have no longer right to work in UK freely.
As one girl put it to me working in UK is now working in fears of all kind including expulsions or arrests. So Germany, Benelux and many other EU states are now the favourite destination...
2- Covid19 has finished it and fucked it all. No one is talking about it here but how can you have sex without passing on or getting the virus if one got it?
So the scare of Covid (for good reason) is another factor that made punting  expensive and as scary as it was during the first appearance of hiv/aids.

High prices are linked directly to the above scarcity.
SHORTAGES will be the norm for same time as it will be the case in many other areas.

My last punt 3 weeks ago is still on the first page of reviews on the east mids page thats how slqck new reviews are. Id normally be getting the twitch for a new punt after about 3 or 4 weeks but not really interested in anyone. West mids or sheffield seem to have more on offer but im not sure i can be arsed travelling that far.
