No way would I pay £150/hour to a Romanian 
+1 from me. They have such a poor reputation as a group for being a) crap, b) miserable A.F. and c) charging for pretty much anything as an extra, that I'd never pay one of them that much. I know there are rare exceptions.
The only positive I can see is that she actually admits to being Romanian, which half the time is rare.
But I'd still not go there at anything more than £100.
