ddd, it would be wise to familiarise yourself with the rules of the site before posting further.
Even without them, it should be clear that you're posting PRIVATE photographs (check your own attachment if in doubt) from a very different site to this one/AW, which should be ringing some alarm bells in your head.

I'd agree they're not personal if they're publicly visible on Fabs bdyno. 
But if you click on the photo to see the large version, it's very clearly marked as Private at the top of the page.
You have to have a friend invite accepted (either way) to view Private photos on Fabs, so at the very least it's a violation of personal trust, as they're not viewable to the public. Personally, I'd be well p*ssed off.

Will leave it to admin's to sort out, but people have been reprimanded for far less!

This could be a differing browser thing, but I don't see that when I use my Fabs profile to view a friend's photos.  They're marked as 'Friends Only'.  Private photos are only viewable when sent via PM on the site and don't display to others in that gallery style view.

I assumed (potentially wrongly?) that actually meant he was viewing Fabs on a private tab/window on his phone.

That could be - depends how publicly it was posted, you often see people making pretty obvious hints that they're open to cash offers.  Fabs tries to police them a bit, but plenty of profiles get away with it.

But I didn't find a profile that looked like it could be her anyway so anything I've said is only guesswork.
