It’s been a while since I’ve written a report so bear with me. I’ll keep it short.
Day time meeting booked a couple of weeks in advance. Something came up that morning which meant I couldn’t stay the full two hours but didn’t I want to cancel so late. She offered to return some money which I said she could keep as it was my own fault.
