I like longer profiles, within reason. I like to know exactly what a girl's offering before I see her, without having to email with a bunch of questions (which usually get ignored anyway). I'm happy to put in a bit of time reading before I shell out my hard earned cash.
It's sometimes even fun to read a bit of general chit-chat on there, as long as it doesn't go on too much. It's helps to get an impression of what someone's like before seeing them. It only starts to annoy me when the profile is so convoluted and waffly that it's hard to find the info you actually need. And that's often an indication that the girl's one to avoid anyway.
