I don't think that it is the girls themselves that create some of the adverts but rather a maid. There used to be a generic AW profile page for Thais where the picture was updated but the details remained the same.
VS adverts seem linger longer than most for some reason. I remember making a booking to see a Thai girl for a following Monday only to turn up to find she had moved onto a different area when the advert was still live.

She was indeed! Her advert on VS was as Lisa.  I was there for an evening and managed to see her - seemed like there were a number of Thais in town that night. Will review in the next week. Will be positive and would see her again. She told me she normally works in Nottingham so may have to take a trip there!!
