I've always rung and booked an appointment,but I think you can just turn up and the manager will  ' Parade ' the girls for you.
I did see a little notice up at Massage Northampton saying that all services are included in the price apart from Anal,which is another £40. Obviously the girl you choose has to be comfortable offering this service to you.
