I agreed a one hour meeting with Sweet Chantelle, who I understand has a maid answering the phone in September 2021. All done via text got the address and confirmed she would do facials. Told them at the time it would take me 30/40 mins to get there so would need to set off. Confirmed ok. I set off in an Uber and within 10 minutes I got a text saying cancel and then totally ghosted. Not sure if it’s because she got cold feet on facials or was just double booked, but it annoyed me getting out of the Uber in the middle of South East London and having to make my way back.

Will probably try again though as there seems to be a lack of petite blonde SP’s around.

Within the past month, I was cancelled at 45 minutes to my start time by the receptionist.

I'd be fucked off if I'd shelled out extra for an uber on top of the disappointment.

Did the profile list facials when you booked? If it didn't that is a shitty move by the maid to be honest, the know what the WG will do and not do. She should really consider replacing the current one. Otherwise, she will continue to lose business.

No facials weren’t listed but I’ve always asked a few SPs and some are willing to do it no trouble (others less so). Not sure if the cancellation was linked to the request but it annoyed me at the time.

It seems like maybe I dodged a bullet. SP has great reviews on here and looks my type so it is annoying. It seems hot and slim blondes are not actually that easy to come by!

I have done her x 3 this month. She is good 👍. I've never facialised her so I can't comment on that aspect of her service.

I was going to give this girl another chance given her glowing support by esteemed vets but whoever was doing comms sounded miserable on phone and refused entry when I arrived recently, pretty sure they did this blind. Won't bother now. Plan B worked out well repeating a known just over the river.

A full review would be appreciated, even if it's not much more than cut and paste. It means other members can quickly see that there are some regular issues with with her maid fucking punters over.

Chantelle is a plan B option for me and it sounds like I'll need a plan C in place as well. Disappointing, since she's pretty reliable in the room.

Her receptionist seems to be a bit erratic. Last time I saw Chantelle she was expecting an angry client after the receptionist claimed I’d been abusive on the phone about parking spaces or something... which was totally untrue. I’m always very calm and composed, plus I don’t drive. She works for a few different SPs so maybe she’s getting a bit overworked/strung out.

The receptionist is a problem.
Once in the room with her, Chantelle is one of my faves.

I'm told that no phone numbers are saved down so there's no preference for regulars versus newbies.

That seems reasonable. With some SPs it's clear that you are communicating with them but with Chantelle it's like starting from fresh every time. I usually ask a question to show I've been before (e.g. are you still in XYZ location) but it makes bugger all difference. Perhaps I'm being unfair, but Chantelle probably doesn't care so much or at least enjoys being shielded from the problem. For her, the receptionist is doing her job and giving her a steady flow of business.

I know haha! I’ve thought about asking the receptionist to let her know it’s me somehow, but decided against it as I’m sure she wouldn’t oblige.

It seems that the receptionist is not in the same building, not the best way of working. Once you get to see Chantelle she provides a great service, unbeatable for the price.
