Biddy didn't even write a particularly bad review of his experience. He actually gave the lady a neutral. Fuck knows what you're like when someone actually gives a negative (of which there have been quite a few at your establishment).

Where does the accusation of racism come from? Because he said something slightly disparaging about the woman being Romanian? He was stating a fact that many of us on here will fully support. The vast majority (though not all) of Romanian WG's provide a cold, clinical, detached and, to put it frankly, shit service.

You don't have to like it. You don't have to agree with it but you DO have to accept that this is a punter's forum and we exchange information about other WG's to primarily stop us from making expensive mistakes.
