I'm new on here but I would like to post a review of a WG? I cannot seem to find how to get started, can anyone help? Is there a tutorial?

Go here  -  https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?board=3.0  select the region the punt took place in, click on the blue NEW REVIEW on the right and follow the instructions.

Thank you but I don't have the blue New Review button. Also if I try to send a message to a member 1 get a yellow banner telling me I'm not allowed to send messages, only allowed to reply to messages sent to me

You won't have PM privileges.

Have you clicked on the area you want to post the review in from the page I linked to. For instance if it was London you would click on 'London'

Not many members can, it's a privilege not a right. Just post what you have to say on the forum.

PMs are an earned privilege, not a right
You have to be a member of standing with sufficient post history

Your like the user making the post by clicking the like button in their user details on the left-hand sode of their posts.

You can reply to review to express your appreciation. There is no "like" option for posts/reviews, but you can "like" a member. There is a symbol under their avatar on the left of their post.
