External Link/Members Only It was a bad day. Originally planned to visit Benji Thai spa in Brighouse but they started to mess about with the time. Decided to travel a bit further into Huddersfield. Went on Vivastreet and found this ad, originally thought it was an independent Thai lady but when I received the postcode, she was working from a shop in the city centre. Decided to go for it anyway.
Booking:
Sent a text asking to book for 2pm. Get the thumbs up and I’m on my way.
Location:
Seems like some new Thai ladies have taken over the old Sawasadee/Natalie Thai massage place on New Street in the city centre. Not the best location as it’s busy always and You have to walk to the back and wait for the door to open.
Massage:
Arrived and sent a text asking if it was okay to come in. She confirms it was good and I walk through the alley and press the bell. Someone speaks through the intercom and says busy come back at 12.30. I ring the number and she now claims that the person is busy and tells me to come back at 12:30. Don’t know why I decided to stay and wait, come back 30 mins later and finally let in. Walk up the stairs and into the reception. An old Thai lady comes in and tells me to sit on the couch whilst the other lady cleans up the room.
5 minutes later and a good looking Thai lady comes out and I pay her for an hour. Into the room and she tells me to undress. She leaves the room and doesn’t come back until 10 minutes later. She walks into the room with a cup of ice which she’s crunching on whilst giving me a massage. The massage was less of a massage and more of her giggling and munching on ice. We were only 20 minutes in but I was getting annoyed so I turned over. She then carries on the massage and decides to look at the wall which was really weird because it was dark in the room. She then asks if I want anything extra, I ask what she does and she said handjob for £30. I wasn’t paying £30 so I offered the standard rate which is £20 and she says no. I explained that this is the normal rate and she starts claiming she’s not like other women that charge £20. I said I wouldn’t pay £30 and she said fine and then starts clock watching. I tell her to end the massage 30 minutes in and ask for a tenner back because I didn’t stay for an hour. Initially refusing, she gives back the tenner and I walk out. Left annoyed and disappointed.
A clear negative for me, not bothered about booking times and the lady in the Vivastreet ad is not the one that gives the massage even though the one that gave the massage was good looking. Time wasting, crunching on ice during the massage and then trying to get more money for a basic hand job. Would not recommend this place and Huddersfield (city centre) overall for Thai Massage as the standard has dropped off massively.
