(Which is completely different to a webcam booking, which should be confirmed before the cam session.)

An AW booking CAN and be confirmed in advance. I know this for a fact because I've always insisted on it when I've felt the need to use it. Punters should insist on it.

And my reason? Without the prossie confirming the booking, she is able to leave a positive, negative or neutral and all I can leave are comments only. That is clearly biased in the favor of the prossie. However, if she confirms the booking in advance, I can do exactly the same immediately after the stated time has expired and regardless of whether it took place or not.

I use it as an insurance policy, just in case she pulls out of the booking without good reason.

I always schedule a booking but I don't confirm it until the booking has taken place as it is a booking confirmation as in a confirmation the booking did take place.  The schedule booking is to confirm the booking is scheduled.

If a guy insisted I confirm it before it took place I would be of the mind he was not going to turn up but wanted it confirmed to leave negative feedback for me as I would not be able to claim he did not turn up when I have already confirmed he had. I would then cancel the booking as it would seem rather suspect to me and I would assume it was someone I had refused to see before messing around.

We are often told a booking is not confirmed until they have turned up and we have the money in our hands (when talking about timewasters ) so why would we confirm it as such until it has happened.

I saw her on an outcall previously so she's not a B&S, just fucking unreliable. My next booking of her resulted in (the day of the booking) the excuse of her brakes on her car needed done. I re-booked her for 2 days later! After confirmation on AW for that booking her next excuse on the day of the booking was that she had just started her period! I put neutral feedback on AW about her. The third booking was today, not conformed on AW. Despite being on her period, she started accessing her AW profile from an area she tours for punting 2 days afterwards. The cynic in me thought that the period excuse was exactly that.  Maybe got a better or closer offer for a punt. So she said she still wanted to see me and so third go was today. She didn't confirm on AW but text me conformation several times. I was not getting my hopes up but early this morning she text me saying she would see me at 12 as arranged for a nice cheeky role play. I sorted out my gaffe etc and waited patiently! No contact at all. After 10 minutes after the appointed time I text her. No reply. Then 45 minutes later, I tried to call and text her. Phone switched off and no response to texts! I've sent her another text asking for an explanation but got radio silence. I have also sent her an email on AW asking what happened and telling that I was considering putting negative feedback on about her but giving her a chance to respond first. I will post her link later this evening just in case she manages to magic a miracle excuse out of her arsehole! I am not holding my breath!

Yes I know it CAN be confirmed before the booking, but AW says that a SP should "Schedule" it if the booking is going ahead, and then "Confirm" once the booking has taken place. This is not misleading info, this is exactly what AW itself says we should do. Just because the way you prefer it to happen is different, that doesn't mean your way is correct.

This is why, whilst it's your perspective as a prossie, it's totally useless information to the punter here who may himself be concerned at receiving a spiteful negative, whilst being unable to leave one himself for poor service because the fucking prossie deliberately chooses not to confirm the booking after providing a shit service. All the punter can do is leave comments but is unable to mark it negative so her rating remains unaffected.

May I remind you that this is a punters forum and not pro$$ienet, so the interests of the punter have primacy here.

Your sort of attitude is precisely why I'd advise any punter to simply ignore the booking system unless the prossie plays ball. Gravitate towards displayed numbers only or send an email to make arrangements and swap numbers via that approach.

I no longer use the booking system due to this fundamental flaw, where the SP insists on using it. A genuine prossie with the punters interest at heart doesn't give a fuck about the AW system anyway.

Although the feedback system on AW is pretty flawed, I still find it quite useful but I don't base my potential punt solely on AW feedback.  A bit of a Google image search, using the UKpunting search facility (a god send) and learning as I go along has meant that most of my punts have been pretty good compared to the bad ones and even then the bad ones haven't been that bad really.

You are right matty that it does favour the WG more so than the punter, since we do lose out on both time and money when things go balls up and in an ideal world, if I could make a safe online transactions without the risk of giving up ALL of my personal information, then I'm sure the feedback system can be improved immeasurably.  However, given the nature of the hobby we participate in, I'm glad there is a feedback system, rather than none, despite it being open to abuse.

Problem with the threads is they kind of get hijacked. This one's all about a specific incident and it's not helpful when it gets taken off course as it detracts from the point. In this case a particular poor service and shite comms from one SP!

I would have written the WG a good review in here but was going to do the second meet with her before I did! I am glad I waited as she's was as flakey as the chocolate bar of the same name!

Things happen and it's not always possible to make a meeting but to not turn up and not let you know of clarify afterwards is IMO unforgivable. OP, only thing you can do is leave a negative review on here with a link to her AW profile. I'd also put a picture of her in case she changes her profile when the phone gets too dusty. A reverse image search will then direct back to your negative review.

Does anyone know if you can still leave 'feedback only' comments on AW ? They were one of the more useful things on the AW system, I put unreliable with bad comms or doesn't answer phone when you get to the venue before. Bugger all use in this case since she's hidden her feedback though.

No I wasn't.  However you can leave feedback only on her profile which it seems you have done which as she is now hiding her feedback will affect her business much more than just leaving a negative would ever do.  Hidden feedback always puts most guys off
Also leave a review here so that others are aware and when they search for her username or user number your review will show up (especially on google as it seems UKP posts tend to always be first on google).

There is never any excuse to mess a client around even if they have to text to say sorry just had car crash in ambulance so have to cancel.  You may not believe it but at least she has told you and not kept you waiting around.
( I did similar once and said I was on M1 being cut out of car so he actually drove down to check and then text me to apologise for not believing me  )
