I appeared at the agreed location at the appropriate time. And called. And texted. And called. And texted.... nothing. At one point she was engaged, but mostly all I heard was the sound of a dial tone ringing.
After 45 minutes I arranged a plan B and walked.
Since then I've had no further communication, no apology, nothing. Quite annoying as looked very promising.
