After my review a few months ago, thought I’d give it another go. I decided to give their new website a try to do the booking. Quite simple to fill in - made sure I was on the correct shop out of their 3. Put in comment box that I wanted a young pretty lady (decided nothing to lose!)
Had email back with confirmation.
Later in the day I had a bad feeling that their booking system wasn't all that sophisticated, so rang the shop to confirm. Was told they infact did not have the booking, so they took my details again over the phone.
Turned up at reception. (Very) old lady there checking me in. Was gesturing me towards the nice room to the right of reception. However, mid through check in, she answered the phone, and took a booking for a couples massage 30 minutes ahead of what the time was now. Thought it quite strange as the place was empty and looked like only her in the shop. Finished checking me in and led me to the curtained room at the back. I thought to myself, damn, that person on the phone just scuppered me getting the nice room behind the door!
For the first 10 minutes of the booking I was lying down on the table just waiting. She kept shouting through the curtain that girl will be here soon. There were a couple of frantic phonecalls she was making during this (presumably to get the girl). Eventually she gave up and instead entered the room for the first part of the massage (the part before the oil) saying that she would warm me up before girl arrived.
After a further 10 minutes, the girl arrived, looking casually dressed and flustered. Massage commenced. Lots of frantic shouty conversation between her and the lady on reception during the massage.
I commented about her being flustered and the shop generally being busy. She said that she had gone home and had to come back in. I asked her name, she said it was Sarah. I would say in her 40s. Looked like the same lady as I had last time, but less attractive (maybe down to the clothes and generally flustered look or lack of make up or whatever).
About 10 minutes later, she left the room to go to reception. I think the couple arrived. Also another guy turned up and I could hear my masseuse apologising to him.
She then came back into the room 5 minutes later and explained that she had to turn him away because even though he’d booked, there had been a mix up.
Feeling like I was almost an inconvenience at this point, she pointed towards my towel covered penis (without saying anything) and I said no thank you. Wasn’t really in the mood to be honest - the whole thing had been pretty unrelaxing.
What followed then was 15 minutes of actually a decent massage. The massage then finished and she left the room. Checking my watch we’d actually finished 10 minutes early. A cheek considering the service thus far. If you’re keeping up, that’s about 25 minutes of actual massage with Sarah, plus about 10 minutes of warm up with the older lady beforehand.
Rating - negative. Debated on a neutral, but the poor booking process, interruptions, non relaxing environment and shortened service makes it a negative. Rating is based on massage only, as obviously the decision not to do anything else was mine.
