Booking was ok via text with some extended delays between replies, and it later transpired she was busy throughout the day, which was a midday, midweek. The location is a residential street with free on-street parking, and at that time of day there was no problem at all finding a space. As I sat in the car killing a few minutes before going to the house I attracted a bit of attention from locals who looked as though they were suspicious of me. However, it's clearly a production line, not particularly discreet or intimate and I was short changed on time, so it's a narrow grey from me.
Would I return? As I'm the victim of a long term regular who has still not emerged from lockdown, maybe I'll have to, we'll see.
