Writing this as a new review due to feedback in the old thread when I added this note.

She did my head in recently. Tried to book her and made the trip, gave me a door number, made me look like an idiot because she wasn't there and they didn't know her. She then gave me another building 5 mins walk away, got there, then when I asked what number she said 'wait not that one'. I then gave up and thought she was just getting a kick out of messing me around. Never experienced such a shitshow, and wasted about twenty mins on her before giving up. Still have no idea whether she genuinely didn't know where she was, or what her game was.
