"Error undefined" When trying to access AW while in public

Hello guys,

This is more of a phone issue than punting-related.

I'm having problems accessing AW and VS when out and about. It's not such a big deal when my plan A goes through (already booked when at home, usually), but it's frustrating that I can't search for available WGs in the area if I want to switch plans, should my plan A fall through. I can ofc write them down, but I don't like to.

Any advice? I've had no joy when experimenting with settings, and am probably a bit of a technophobe.

when booking at home are you using wi-fi? when out and about using mobile data your provider may have blocked sites? just a thought

Yes, WiFi at home, mobile data when out and about. The website comes up but I can't go into it, because of that message.

What browser are you using?

I’ve had the problem if I’m logging in from a pub or hotel. But that’s because of their internet firewall. So just log in using data.

I’m iPhone BTW.

You may have adult restrictions via your phone provider
(This is probably the case if you can’t access gambling sites as well)

A possible workaround without needing to remove restrictions is to add the Opera browser app

I'm on Talk Talk. VS did used to work, but suddenly stopped. I'll try that other browser and see if it works. Thanks.
