If you want a decent massage then all you have to do is ask for it. Just tell them what you want and how you want the time used. Personally I prefer the sensual massage for the full time I am there including btb. If I want a professional massage I go elsewhere.

Can understand the confusion if you go by the definition. Probably if they called themselves 'Wanking Shops' it would be more explanatory. Laura at Old Lode Lane is called "Sports Clinic" which is perhaps more discreet than having massage posted all over the windows.
