With all this sunny weather, putting sunglasses on just cos the sun’s bright is almost automatic snd unthinking… but there are better reasons. For instance what do you do differently with sunglasses on?

There’s lots of luscious ladies in less than totally skin-covering outfits. Like flowers, the sun makes them want to bloom. Legs and bosoms and sometimes even buttocks peeking out from minuscule hotpants, tiny skirts flapping in the breeze, snd they know it and even make more effort to look attractive.

From lesbian and bi women I’ve known over the years it’s clear to me that women ogle just the same as men do — they’re just a lot more subtle about it. And they usually catch us. But with sunglasses on, it’s much easier to ogle (at least without moving the head too much) and without making it obvious. Another thing I’ve noticed is that women hate to be caught checking a guy out unless she’s really giving him a come-on. But sunglasses seem to make them think you’re not looking at them unless your head points directly at their face. It’s nice for the ego (of course they could just be ‘admiring my sunglasses’ duh) but mostly it allows languorous eyeing-up of the fairer sex, if only momentarily.

It might be funny to be able to observe prostitutes before they apply their ‘welcoming customer’ face… but it’s generally indoors anyway and not much chance of spotting them before they spot a customer.

Meanwhile, in these glorious days of warm and wonderful sunshine illuminating lots of free range civvie adorning our high street… when the sun comes out I put my sunglasses on.

With younger women of all sizes flashing the flesh is just the way it is today, I met a young lady for a punt at the station on Friday for second Time.

I recently spent some time in Essex and noted that the girls there, many probably under 18... dress extremely erotically. It is quite the challenge not to ogle and their perfect round bums as a few centimetres of material floats above and stretches to accommodate their fertility curves. I was in France and there was a Harry Ramp who went around picking up glass bottles in the morning and he was better dressed than most people in the UK. Looked fucking sharp in proper shoes and a cream coloured carcoat. Unless you are at the gym why would a 50 year old man wear tracksuit bottoms? It's like what I wore when I was 12. I know there's a delayed adolescent with some people, but with we carry on the same trajectory we are in danger of regressing back to the womb.

I said looking, not lusting after them openly with sexual stares and actions, that's completely different. When I look at women more time I have a neutral facial expression so they would not know the reason I am looking their way. Plus contaminating your food? Highly unlikely to be honest. Men are protective of women on the net and in groups from my observations, less likely in real life by themselves these days. There's always an underlying threat of violence between men, very few men are prepared to risk that to help a woman they perceived being harrassed in any way who they do not even know. Plus, women are independent and do not need men for protection now too right? Guys that I have seen that are more sexually overt in there actions towards women I think are less likely to back down from another man trying to intervene. I am not talking about the "creepy stalkerish guys" that would slink away after getting caught doing something considered "creepy".

Pleased you mentioned that. There have been one or two ‘weirdo’ posts that seem to think it’s about dribbling at bosom level beneath knock-off raybans until they get kicked into mid-field. It’s not. It’s about walking normally along the high street with a neutral expression and enjoying what can be seen with minimum effort. With sunglasses I don’t even need to turn my head. Or if I do, then I could (to an onlooker) be looking at her face when I’m actually admiring her tits/bum/thighs. There’s nothing rude about it. But it lets the woman feel more comfortable, especially if she wants to wear a short skirt just cos it’s hot weather. Kind of sad this needs explained, though gentlemen on the thread seemed to understand what I meant and it’s quite light-hearted anyway.

Don't underestimate the spitefulness of some people. If they decide they're not going to like you they will come up with some reason. Maybe the only reason they can come up with is that you looked at them in a way they didn't like. If you go to a cafe and there is a woman who you like working there you may want to talk to her. You could smile at her and look her in the face. Nothing wrong with that. She may decide to tell people she is receiving unwanted attention. It must have been a residential conference or something. She got him sacked from his job and persued a years long vendetta against him. She gleefully stated that she must have cost him over a million dollars over the years in lost earnings. Something like that happened to the scientist Richard Dawkins.

That's quite an interesting situation, thanks for sharing. I do think that is quite rare though, the guy in question is not very smart to be doing that, he kind of set himself up.
