OP will need to get tested again at 3 months and the 6 months after the condom break. HIV takes 3 months to show in tests and Hepatitis takes up to 6 months to show. That was what the GUM clinic told me after I had a blow out with a prostitute. I was lucky, all clear.

Happened to me with a known barebacker. I get tested every 3 months and not a single one has come up with anything positive since. You should be fine but definitely get tested.
