Location. Hotel on outskirts of City. Convenient for motorways. No reception or other impediments. Lots of people around so one more punter milling about made no difference. Free parking.

Booking. Bit of an odd process. Have to book via her website which is ok. Then moves to text on the day. A bit cumbersome but not too difficult.
