Most have face pics. It has been the entire reason I have subbed to them on the assumption that they would have the face pic on them. A small handful have not and each time I have felt cheated for them not being there as they are then pointless IMHO.

Looking at my purchase history, I have subbed to 93 PGs in my time. A depressing number given that on AW I have only seen around 5 or so girls and that most of these 93 have probably been PG scams I fell for   (I now barely sub to a PG, maybe one per month now)

Interesting. If you believe the majority were private gallery scams / fake pics, what percentage of the genuine profiles had face pics? e.g. the 5 girls you had bookings with for example.

She can charge £100 via AW and get £100. Or get a third taken off £100 via Diamonds and get £60-£70 from a Diamonds booking.

So what does she do, she charges £120 via AW meaning any sane person will book via Diamonds meaning she only ever gets the £60/£70.

If she matched Diamonds outright a lot, most of the people will be sympathetic to her and the agency getting their cut and book her direct. But by asking for £20 more she is annoying those people who will then just book via the agency just to spite her and have it in the back of their minds during the punt that she is a bit greedy for trying that.

I believe the prices are high on AW to get those punters who don't have the knowledge of her at diamonds.
