what it is I visited a escort and it turned out they had a camera taking number plate numbers of all vehicles coming and going to that estate which resulted in a notice been sent to my home suggesting if I visit that estate I should register my number with the management company yet the escort never mentioned this, if she had I would have park up and walked in

It might seem a very odd concept to you but I believe there is a website where you can post reviews and warnings about escorts, though I've never heard of any situation you mention, can you link to where this might occur.

You have stated that you saw an escort and afterwards you were contacted by a 'management' company, that is something other members should be aware of.

If it was within the last 6 months post a review in your local area, if more than 6 months start a thread in the main discussion section naming her and giving details.

You have been here long enough to make some useful contributions and you need to start doing so.

Think about it you are asking on a punter orientate review site  where, other than here, you can post a warning.
