I tried to book in with Dream house after my previous great experience but they were booked up so I went for this place down the street. Great comms over Whatsapp and found it easy. Went up in the lift and arrived at a 6th floor open terrace. They have a reception and then these little apartments, great set up, each in a style with it's own waiting area and nice bathroom. Anyway everyhting was explained in reception, almost in the style of being at the hospital and having your surgery explained.
