Fairly painless. Dialled landline number answered promptly. Sounded pleasant and gave postcode and address. She has no mobile number so need to write down info she gives.
Location. :-
Located in the old town area, about a 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Parking easy if needed. Reasonably discreet location but in time if she is busy then I suspect neighbours could become suspicious. She doesn't work weekends probably due to the fact that there could be comings and goings in the neighbouring apartments and nearby road. Hers is is a ground floor flat recognizable by a porch roof. Inside was spotless, nice large massage table, sanitizer used and glass water available. No shower offered . Didn’t ask didn't need.
Price paid :-
£40 for I hour massage discounted from £45 as part of a June and July promotion. Didn't discuss extras at this stage

Identical to gumtree photo. Looks about 45 years age, slim, reasonably good looking but not a stunner, very clean, dressed in massage uniform of dark jacket and trousers as per photo. Clean and pleasant lady.
The massage:-
Started by covering my back with a towel. I asked if could be removed but she was more comfortable using it. So I went with the flow. She told be that she previously worked at Mansell Street shop so I then knew that extras would be available. I also knew that her 'extra' prices would probably be the same. The massage was OK, nothing special, no cc swipes and to be honest a bit mechanical and boring. Was asked to turn over at half time. Again covered my bits with the towel. After about 45 minutes she asked if I wanted a he. Asked the price which was £30, tried to negotiate down to £20 but she was having none of it. So I declined. There is no way I will pay more than £20 and told her so. She finished by giving a decent head massage. Hour up she wiped off the oil, we had a chat and I left.
Summary :-
Very average massage. I have had much better for the same price. Hygiene throughout was spotless, pleasant lady, clean premises but a question mark over watching neighbours if she gets busy.. I suspect she has based all her prices on Mansell Street which to me is a mistake. Once her 10% promotion finishes then one hour with he would be £75 and that is £15 more than what I pay with my regulars. Who give me a better experience.
So a low grade neutral it is.
Would I return on my monthly visits to the town.... NO.
