Happened yesterday.

My plan A fell through and rescheduled for a later date. Needed a release so had a look on AW to see who was available.

Liked the looked of Alexia's profile called the number and agreed a 1 hour booking at short notice.

Given the postcode and texted when I arrived. Received a reply saying that she was almost ready and to give her a couple of minutes.

While waiting in the car noticed another gent wondering looking punter lost, checking his phone then door numbers etc.

Txt Alexia again, received the address and instruction, which was the same as the other gent had just gone into.

Made my way up, knocked on the door no answer, gave her a call no answer, sent her a txt no answer.

Guess she double booked and waited to see who would turn up first.

Strong negative for poor customer service.

Very poor service by Alexia. Yes, we all make mistakes and if this was genuine then she needs to hold her hands up and apologise. But if her motives were as you believe in your report then I hope others read your report and act with their feet.
I had a similar experience where I turned up for the booking and the young lady did not respond to any of my texts or emails. She had just forgotten about my booking. However, when she realised her mistake she couldn't apologise enough and we agreed a new date at a much reduced price.  I accepted her apology.
