I just can't get my head around why you hate her so much? I've said twice her feedback is very good and she was very polite and friendly on the phone. If Kylie is as dumb as you say she is I don't think she would manage that! There are posts I have read which are clearly not very fair and how do you know that certain people can not just be malicious? I have seen it before. So if I did punt her and wrote a review I wouldn't be believed? I would do an honest review like I always do.

If I do decide to see her and I would not just for the sake of it, I will form my own opinion and sure maybe have a chat after if she would like to, I do the same with everyone I see. All the IP address does is give you info of the exchange you are using (which is usually around a mile or so from your actual house). Your ISP can use it for more and specifically identifying you at that address. But nobody but someone senior at your ISP will have access to that.
