Good advice, but bakeka.it is not only for massage parlours, is possible to find escorts, but B&S is very common.
Is possible to find streetwalkers everywhere in Italy, at your own risk.

Bakeca also has escorts under milanobakecaincontri.it. If you want another city replace Milano with Torino, Roma etc. In Italy you find streetwalkers more on peripheral roads outside cities and need a car to access them. A pretty seedy scene with rather rough looking Africans and EE. Otherwise as said, you find them in the streets around aroma Termini. But I agree it is risky.

I think things have changed recently in Italy with regard to policing of WG's.
You used to be able to drive from the southern end of Lake Garda to Verona and see scantily clad women looking for punters.
I did on a couple of occasions stop and sample the delights which I must say were very good, but its 10 years since I was last there.
There also used to be a few girls work around Verona station but again this is a long time ago.
It would be interesting to know if these ladies are still allowed to work.
