I think you are confused. A basic massage is £25 for 30 mins or £45 for 1h. No extras are included.
Standard extras are £20 HE and £40 B2B and apparently OW is £20 and OWO is £30 as other extras.

When you take B2B, this includes HE so its a one off extra of £40 B2B + HE

The OP must have got a deal paying £40 total with HE. It should have been 25+20=45

Sorry my bad with BB.. I meant B2B of course. My question is just because I was quoted the following prices from whoever replies on their phone.

Now I understand, that makes more sense. I guess they just assumed you wanted a price including HE. The upgrade to B2B will be 20 more or more technically deduct 20 and add 40.

I personally can't justify paying 40 notes extra for a B2B these days.

You are correct those are the 'standard prices' and have been for many years, but doesn't make them justifiable to me anymore.  I will happily pay £40~£50 for a professional deep tissue massage at a proper shop but I will never go back to one of these places whose primary focus is to extract escort rates out of you for potentially a half-arsed massage which is cut short to wank you off and/or rub their tits over you for five minutes.  Sure I understand not everyone wants to have sex, a proper sensual massage can be awesome but not these hybrid fully clothes starts and then on the flip, the bra comes off and negotiations start.

Free parking outside for 30 mins.  I have parked there for an hour multiple times with no fines.  Down the road opposite is discreet.
